Treatment
To treat dark eye circles effectively, we offer a variety of treatments:
Medical-grade creams: Used to treat existing rashes such as eczema, which can contribute to darkening around the eyes. Prescription-only creams that are effective, safe, and do not contain steroids can be used to treat this sensitive area.
Anti-aging creams: Contain powerful antioxidants to reduce the signs of ageing. This enhanced formulation is non-comedogenic, suitable for sensitive skin, and can hydrate and reduce fine lines.
Microneedling radiofrequency (RF) treatment: Stimulates new collagen formation around the eye area. We use Sylfirm X to deliver controlled and efficient RF energy via tiny needles into the top layer of the skin. This heats up the skin to 40-60 degrees celsius, which results in skin tightening and collagen production. Most importantly, it is pain-free, fuss-free, with minimal side effects and downtime. Typically, 4-6 treatments, spaced 1 month apart and each lasting 15 minutes, are performed.
Fillers to the undereye area: An excellent option to improve hollow and sunken eyes due to tear troughs. This is performed by your experienced dermatologist using a blunt cannula, which makes it safer and reduces the risk of bruising. The results are usually natural and immediate, with further improvement often seen in the following 1-2 weeks.
Juvelook: A collagen stimulator that is our most exciting addition to under-eye rejuvenation. Like fillers, Juvelook is delivered via a blunt cannula to the undereye area, resulting in gradual and natural increase in collagen formation. This enhances skin quality and reduces in dark circles after 2-3 treatments, spaced 1 month apart.
